Transpride Pittsburgh
TransPride Pittsburgh seeks to strengthen existing communities of gender non-conforming, Trans* individuals as well as create sustainable networks through cooperative educational, social programs and events.
Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation
The Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation launched in 2017 to improve the health of the LGBTQ+ and HIV communities.
We offer a variety of services and supports to our communities, as well as expert training for organizations to improve their capacity to serve LGBTQ+ clients and staff.

Allies for Health + Wellbeing
Formerly Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force, Allies promotes health and wellbeing by providing comprehensive medical care, supportive human services and community-based health education for those living with or at risk of HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmitted infections.
Name Change Project
The Name Change Project will assign you a local attorney who will perform all of the legal requirements for a name change for free. There are still costs associated with the name change procedure that the attorney will discuss with you, but end up being under $100. This does not include the funds necessary to order new identification documents.
Project SILK
Provides a safe, healthy, supportive community environment for LGBTQIA+ youth of color to grow, celebrate, and express themselves. With service providers and community partners, they advocate for our youth to determine the meaning and direction for their own lives.
PFLAG Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh Parents, Family and Friends of Gay and Lesbians (PFLAG) envisions a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are respected, valued, and affirmed inclusive of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
ACBA Lawyer Referral Service
The Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) aids in finding a private attorney who will work pro bono for low-income individuals who have legal issues that are not covered by traditional legal aid.
PGH Equality Center
The Pgh Equality Center (formerly the Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Pittsburgh) serves as a bridge that promotes education, advocacy, and social justice for all LGBTQIA+ people and allies in Western Pennsylvania.
PFLAG Pittsburgh Health Directory
This LGBTQIA+ friendly medical directory was a collaboration between Allies for Health and Well Being, PERSAD Center, YWCA, PFLAG Pgh., Pitt Med. School Student, and Dr. Steve Wolfe.
Persad Center
Persad Centeris a human service organization whose mission is to improve the well-being of the LGBTQIA+ communities, and the HIV/AIDS communities.
SisTers PGH
SisTers PGH is a black and trans led non-profit organization which serves black and brown, trans and nonbinary people within our communities. SisTers PGH offers outreach, shelter and low income housing resources, accurate trans/nonbinary education through advocacy and is committed to involvement within our community in all areas of oppression.
The Garden Of Peace Project
The Garden of Peace Project was created to uplift, uphold, and empower the narratives and lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and to address the lack of education, employment, healthcare, and housing, and the violence that impacts all LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Criminal Records Expungement Project
Able to help in getting an expungement of any criminal record that is not a misdemeanor or felony plea or conviction. An expungement is an essential component of a name change. There is the possibility of a pardon available for those who have misdemeanors and felonies and they should still contact the program if that is impeding their name change.
